It appears that the Title Suit pending since 2007, is a suit for declaration and permanent injunction. 3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the title suit expeditiously preferably within 6 months from the date of this order, considering that almost 20 years have passed since the suit was instituted. 4.
