The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing of the Title Suit No. 341 of 2007 pending before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division at Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas. 2. It appears that the Title Suit pending since 2007, is a suit for declaration and permanent injunction. 3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the title suit expeditiously preferably within 6 months from the date of this order, considering that almost 20 years have passed since the suit was instituted. 4. CO 1737 of 2024 is disposed of. 5. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 7.
