However, no steps have been taken till date. 2. On 24.01.2025, none appeared for the petitioner, however, the application for early hearing of the matter was allowed. 3. On 19.08.2025 too, none appeared for the petitioner. However, an application filed on behalf of respondent No.3 for bringing on record the death certificate of the petitioner stood [2026:RJ-JP:25343] (2 of 2) [CW-5454/2005] disposed of and the death certificate of the petitioner was taken on record. 4. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no further instructions. 5. In view of the above and in absence of any steps having been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-compliance. 6.
