None appears on behalf of the State. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih Town P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023. 3. The petitioner was engaged in the sale and purchase of blood. 4. It has been submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the officer bearer of Redcross Society in Giridih. 5. It has been submitted that he is in custody since 06.01.2026 and charge-sheet has been submitted by the Police. 6. Learned Counsel adds that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by the learned court-below. 7. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the fact that on completion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih in connection with Giridih Town P.S.
