The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Cybercrime P.S. Case No.64 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 66(B)(C)(D) of the Information Technology Act and Section 42(3)(e) of Telecommunication Act, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Cyber-crime, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made of cyber crime against the petitioner. He further submits that on secret information, raid was made and the petitioner has been arrested. He then submits that it is alleged that 3 mobile phones and 6 SIM cards have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 12 of this application. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of cyber crime is there against the petitioner. ( 2026:JHHC:1039 ) -2- B.A. No. 11306 of 2025 5. Considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 12 of this application and he is in custody since 14.10.2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber-crime, Jamtara in connection with Cybercrime P.S.
