The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 303 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner name has come on the confessional statement and the alleged theft motorcycle has been recovered from Arpit Kerketta. It is next submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted and the case is fixed for framing the charge. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and the recovery of the alleged motorcycle has been made from the house of Arpit Kerketta and the petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
