Grievance raised in this writ petition filed by way of public interest is that proper protection of the temple land in Sy.No.1095 of Dachepalli, Palnadu District, is not being carried out.

Learned counsel representing respondent No.7 i.e., temple in question submits that land in Sy.No.1095 measuring Ac.7.35 cents is with the temple itself; rest of Ac.1.65 cents has been acquired by State Government,

there has been no alienation of said land. In view of the above, present writ petition, it is submitted, should be dismissed.
