In the present writ petition, the prayer of the petitioners is for quashing the order dated 05.12.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.2- Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh in OA No.412 of 2023 being unconstitutional, illegal, arbitrary and against the categorical policy instructions issued by the Railway Board as well as against the settled law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions not to press the present writ petition any further with liberty that in case, any order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India where such litigation is pending, reverses the view taken by the Tribunal, the same can be implemented upon the respondents in accordance with law. 3.
