We are satisfied that there is no material distinction between the cause shown in the present interlocutory application and the interlocutory applications that we have dismissed by the above two orders. 4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 5015 of 2025 is dismissed. 2026:JHHC:3513-DB 2 5. As a consequence, the instant appeal is also dismissed. 6.
