Case No. 239 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 75, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,
2023. 3. As per the F.I.R., specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with khanti on the nose of Ravindra Das due to which he sustained injury. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. The counter case has been lodged by Shatrudhan Sah against the informant and his family members. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with khanti on the nose of the injured Ravindra Das. Further, it is submitted that there is no

Both the sides are next door neighbours. Further submission is that one of the co-accused, namely, Deepak Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 15.01.2026 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 92002 of 2025 by this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2025, having no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. 5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 239 of 2025.
