Choudhury, learned counsel for the accused applicant. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State as well as Ms. D. Ghosh, learned legal Aid counsel appearing for the respondent No.2. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused persons namely Rishi Baishya in connection Hatigaon P.S. Case No.51/2026 under Section 65(1)/77/351(2)/115(2) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 6/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet has already been filed vide Charge-sheet No.94/2026 dated 30.06.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that liberty should be given to him to appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court since he has already been granted interim protection vide order dated 18.05.2026. 5. Taking into account the aforesaid submissions, the instant bail application is disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicant to appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief, within a period of 10 days from today. 6.
