---- 05/06.02.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No.211 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 351(3), 304 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in

the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribag.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant’s side are relatives and due to land dispute the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 13.08.2025 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 19.08.2025. He then submits that entire family members have been made accused and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He next submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.11 of the petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault and pursuant to that grievous injury has been received by the daughter of the informant.

Considering that the said occurrence is said to be dated 13.08.2025 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 19.08.2025 and the petitioners are said to be agnates and there are land dispute between the parties and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.11 of the petition and further looking into the contents of the FIR it is not clear pursuant to whose blow such injury has been received by the daughter of the informant, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby

directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No.211 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
