The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner had applied for a higher pay scale. Such application is pending before the school authorities, in spite of the fact that all necessary documents have not been submitted by the petitioner. 4. I direct the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the application of the petitioner, strictly in consonance with the dictum of this Hon’ble Court as rendered in case of Uptal Kanti Karan vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. passed in WPA 9921 of 2007. 5. The said application will be considered and disposed of by the respondent no. 3 by May 31, 2 2026. The resultant order of such consideration will be communicated to the petitioner by June 15, 2026. 6. With these aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
