O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to disburse an amount of Rs.7,14,300/- to the petitioner incurred by him for plantation of pineapple saplings, based on his representation dated 08.09.2023. 2. According to the petitioner, he has planted 50,000/- pineapple saplings in the Manalodai Division. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled for Rs.6/- per sapling and another Rs.6/- for plantation and totally, the respondents are liable to pay the petitioner an amount of Rs.7,14,300/-. However, the respondents are not disbursed the said amount to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 08.09.2023, seeking to disburse the said amount. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2023 would be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
