By way of this bail application, the petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime Police Station Case No.69 of 2025, registered for offences under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar. 3. As per the prosecution, on information, several persons were apprehended by the police from different places and mobile sets along with sim cards were seized. From the possession of the petitioner one green colour realme mobile phone IMEI No.867264050377534, 867264050377526 wherein in the backside Mobile No.7041996697 was kept; one Blue colour Oppo Mobile Phone IMEI No.860474062635970, 860474062635962 wherein JIO Mobile No.8789556300 was used. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. The case relates to Cyber Crime. In course of investigation, against the mobile number which was seized from the possession of the petitioner, i.e., 7041996697, crime link has transpired vide Ack. No.33204250028094, 33103250031147, details whereof indicate towards involvement of the petitioner in the crime. Charge has not yet been framed in this case. 6. Considering that the case relates to Cyber Crime and charge has not yet been framed in this case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime Police Station Case No.69 of 2025, pending in the Court of the 2026:JHHC:5007 -: 2 :- Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar, is hereby rejected.
