Challenging the orders vide order No.7000-052053-000-1001 dated 27.08.2021 issued under Section 45A of the ESI Act demanding a sum of Rs.10,47,173/- and the consequential order dated 29.10.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Heard Sri T.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner wants to avail alternative remedy and accordingly prayed to dispose of the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents reported no objection.
5. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy, if available in accordance with law. No costs.
