This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to conduct enquiry on petitioners representation dated 16.01.2026. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a descendant of founder of Jamia Pallivasal Waqf located at Sendurai Town, Ariyalur District. It is the grievance of the petitioner that now petitioner along with others have been selected as Muthavali to the waqf by Jamathars of Sendurai Town, however, the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12166 of 2026 same is pending approval from the Tamilnadu Waqf Board. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent on 16.01.2026 which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 11 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
