Kanagaraj, No.27 Seeni Chettiyar Street, Sithaiyankottai, Attur, Dindigul District. ..Respondents This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents for contempt for their breach of trust and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.07.2025 in W.P.No.23923 of 2025. For Petitioner : M.Ramalingam For Respondents : Mr.T.K.Saravanan, Additional Government Pleader ORDER This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 02.07.2025 in W.P.No.23923 of 2025 passed by this Court. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appeared on behalf of the Respondent has produced a copy of the Proceedings dated 16.03.2026 bearing Na.Ka.No.6914/2025/O issued by the 2nd Respondent, before this Court, wherein, it has been stated that pursuant to the Order dated 02.07.2025 in W.P.No.23923 of 2025 passed by this Court, 2nd Respondent had issued notice to the Petitioner, 5th Respondent and other interested parties calling upon them to appear for enquiry on 12.03.2026, but, prior to the date of enquiry, Petitioner had died on 08.03.2026 and thus, enquiry could not be conducted on the said https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CONT.P.No.4 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 date. If the Respondent Authorities are furnished with the details of the legal representatives of deceased Petitioner, the Respondent Authorities would issue notice to the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner calling upon them to appear for enquiry and thereafter, the Respondent Authorities would consider the deceased Petitioner’s Representation dated 05.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. 3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he would furnish the details of the legal representatives of deceased Petitioner to the Respondent Authorities, if any, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed.
