This appeal is directed against the order dated 04.11.2025 passed in A.B.P. No. 399 of 2025 arising out of Jarmundi P.S. Case No. 20/2024 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka, whereby and whereunder the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that on a secret information, raid was conducted in the campus of one Shekhar Mandal where a tanker was found standing and on search of the tanker, it was found that petrol like substance was in the chamber of the tanker. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that main allegation has been leveled against Shekhar Mandal and so far as the present appellant is concerned, he has been implicated primarily on account of the disclosure of Shekhar Mandal. 5. Learned Special Public Prosecutor on perusal of the case diary, submitted that the only incriminating material against the appellant appears to be disclosure statement of Shekhar Mandal. 2026:JHHC:1274-DB Page | 2 6. On consideration of the aforesaid, we while setting aside order dated 04.11.2025 passed in A.B.P. No. 399 of 2025 arising out of Jarmundi P.S. Case No. 20/2024 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dumka, direct the appellant to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, the learned Court below shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with sureties of the like amount, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in A.B.P. No. 399 of 2025 arising out of Jarmundi P.S. Case No. 20/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
