Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioners to approach the appellate authority. 4. In the event, the appeal is filed within a period of thirty days from today, the question of limitation may be considered liberally and every endeavour may be made for disposal of the appeal within a period of two months from the date of filing of the appeal. 5.
