It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that after issuance of notice dated 16.10.2025 under Annexure-1, the Petitioner has submitted his representation on 04.11.2025 and now the Bhubaneswar Municipal Authorities are proceeding for eviction of the Petitioner from the case land without considering his representation and without giving him any opportunity of hearing. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.4) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and take decision in accordance with law, before proceeding for eviction of the Petitioner from the case land, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
