In view of steps taken by the concerned police authority, it appears that grievance of the petitioner as ventilated in the present writ petition is redressed. 3. No further order need be passed on this writ petition and the writ petition stands disposed of. 4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps, in accordance with law, in connection with proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. 5.
