It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the State respondents that in terms of the order dated 12th March, 2026, respondent no.4 was arrested and on 15th March, 2026 respondent no.4 was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore. 2. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authority, it appears that grievance of the petitioner as ventilated in the present writ petition is redressed. 3. No further order need be passed on this writ petition and the writ petition stands disposed of. 4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps, in accordance with law, in connection with proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. 5. Communication dated 17th March, 2026 of Officer-in- Charge, Kamarhati Police Station, North 24 Parganas is filed today and same is taken on record. Copy of the said 2 communication dated 17th March, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 6.
