Insofar as the relief sought for in Crl.OP(MD)No.14202 of 2025, enquiry had already been conducted and closed and hence, the criminal original petition in Crl.OP(MD)No.14202 of 2025 is closed. The settlement agreement dated 19.12.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order.
