Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the petitioner has filed the representation dated 13.07.2026 to the S.S.P, Udham Singh Nagar regarding the threat perception. 4. On the last date, State was directed to seek instruction regarding the threat perception to the petitioner. Today, State has received the written instructions, in which, it has been provided that adequate steps have been taken and the petitioner has been informed about the emergency numbers of the S.H.O. concerned and also of the Emergency Control Room situated at Udham Singh Nagar and petitioner has also been assured that as and when any threat is extended to him, he is free to call on these contact numbers and immediate Police protection would be provided to him, as per law. In the written instructions, it has also come that Police has also informed the local MLA that some allegations have been levelled by the petitioner against him and some other persons and they shall not have any contact with the petitioner and shall not extend any threat to the petitioner. 5. As far as the incident alleged in the petition that three persons sitting in the Scooty have conducted recce of his clinic/house, it has come in the written instructions that those three persons were identified and on inquiry, it has been revealed that they had lost their way as they were going to the temple and no threat was extended from them to the petitioner. 6.
