By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opp. Parties to register the FIR and thereby taking steps against the miscreants/encroachers in order to save the life of the Petitioner as well as his family members. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, in course of the hearing in the application, drew the attention of this Court that he moved an application before the learned Civil, Judge (JD), First Court, Cuttack in I.A. No.02/2025 arising out of C.S. No.809 of 2024, wherein the learned court vide it’s order dated 31.10.2025, directed the parties to maintain status quo and further directed the police to implement the order. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid order passed by the learned court with regard to the maintenance of status quo by the respective parties, in absence of any allegations as to violation of the order of status quo, there appears nothing for implementation by the police. There is also no material before this Court to examine the violation of the order of status quo of the parties to have proceeded for violation of the order of the court under Section 39 Rule 2-A. In absence of any such motion moved by the Petitioner before the court concerned for violation of the order of status quo, there is nothing for the police to implement. 5. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission and the materials on record, this Court finds no material to pass any direction to the police. The CRLMP stands accordingly dismissed.
