The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to take immediate action against wrongdoers on his complaint and further direct respondents to repair/restore pathway to its original/earlier condition. 2. The petitioner claims that there was a Kacha pathway to reach his agricultural land/field. In September’ 2025, he came to know that some unknown persons have excavated sand from passage which was approaching to his land. He made representation to Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad. He vide letter dated 29.10.2025 brought this fact in the knowledge of Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad. He on 13.01.2026 approached Officers of Mines and Geology Department, Faridabad.
