ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:
“(i) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider representation of the petitioner for regularize the

service of the Petitioner as librarian supervisor pursuant to her representation dated 12.01.2026.
Which is given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent The Commissioner Department of Rural Development and Panchayath Raj Bengaluru vide Annexure-H. (ii) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos3 to consider representation of the petitioner for regularize the service of the Petitioner as librarian supervisor pursuant to her representation dated 05.01.2026. Which is given by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent Chief executive Officer Zilla Panchayath Office Hasan vide Annexure-J. (iii) Issue any other order or directions and grant such other reliefs this writ petition.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5 and learned counsel for respondent No.3 and perused the material on record. For the order proposed, notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation at Annexure – H dated 12.01.2026 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor

any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation at Annexure – H dated 12.01.2026 and pass appropriate order bearing in mind the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Dharwad Bench) in W.P.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 vide Annexure - G and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Subject to the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition stands disposed of.
