Case No.67 of 2025, registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317 (4), 317 (5), 318 (4), 319 (2), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2), 3 (5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, under Section 66(B), 66 (C), 66 (D) of the IT Act and under Section 42 (3) (e) of the Telecommunication Act, 2023 now pending in the court of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, at Jamtara. 3. After some arguments when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 4.
