Pursuant to directions issued by this Court under similar circumstances, the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue Department, has issued a circular/communication dated 30.01.2026 directing all the Deputy Commissioners in the State to take up the interim applications for stay and pass necessary orders. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Tumkur District, to take up the interim application filed by the petitioner in the appeal and pass necessary orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
