Pavan Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri A.S.Diwakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4. 2. Notice in respect of respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with, since no adverse order affecting their rights and interests is passed. 3. The above writ petition was filed to declare the inaction of respondent No.4 in disposing of PGRS Grievance No.NLR202602091493 dated 09.02.2026, made by the petitioner, requesting to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.4-00 cents in Survey No.89-2B, Chinthalatmakuru Village, Kaluvoya Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted the instructions of respondent No.4 along with the endorsement dated 24.04.2026. A copy of the endorsement is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. 5. Thus, pursuant to the petitioner’s complaint vide Ex.P1, respondent No.4 issued an endorsement vide Rc.B.282/2026, dated 24.04.2026. Since the relief sought by the petitioner has been attended to, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 6. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
