I have heard the Learned Counsels and perused the CD. 4. The dispute is civil in nature. 5. The allegation is that some people including the present petitioner tried to take possession of the land forcefully though there was no incident of injury as reported. 6. Since this is more civil in nature, the First Information Report and the entire proceeding arising out of NJP PS Case No. 934 of 2024 dated 13th September, 2024 stands quashed. 7. CD be returned. 8.
