It has been alleged that the accused persons were apprehended with bovine animals, which were suspected of being transported for the purposes of slaughtering. It appears that one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 737 of 2026. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2025 Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Ranchi in connection with Silli PS Case No. 113/2025.
