Mr. Sumit Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. CMP-T No. 1 of 2026 Instant application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to seek correction of the clerical/typographical mistake in the judgment dated 17.10.2025. 2. Precisely, the claim in the application is that, in the judgment dated 17.10.2025 while referring to the Compassionate Appointment Policy dated 18.01.1990, Clause 5(d) has been incorrectly recorded at page 6, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, 31 and 32 whereas, the claim relates to Clause 5(c) of the said policy with the prayer that Clause 5(d) in the judgment may be read as Clause 5(c), in aforesaid judgment, for all intents and purposes. 3. Upon listing of the application, Learned State Counsel does not oppose the prayer for rectifying the same, as the same flows from the Policy dated 18.01.1990 issued by the State Authorities. 4. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed; and reference to Clause 5(a) to (c) be read as Clause 5(a) and (b) and Clause 5(d) at page 6 inadvertently recorded due to typographical error be read as Clause 5(c). In addition, reference to Clause 5(d) at other places in the judgment, may be read as “Clause 5(c)” wherever required, for all intents and purposes. 5. Registry is directed to make the necessary correction in the judgment with red ink and corrected version of the judgment, be uploaded on the website.
