On 02.09.2026 this Court passed an order which reads as under: “5. Hence, concerned Additional Superintendent of Police (CID) shall be present before this Court on 03.09.2026, along with copies of the FIRs in Crime Nos.22 of 2024, 35 and 36 of 2022 of CID Police Station, Mangalagiri.” 3. In compliance with the aforesaid order of this Court, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has furnished copies of FIRs registered in Crime Nos.22 of 2024, 35 and 36 of 2022 of CID Police Station, Mangalagiri, to learned counsel for petitioners. The said copies are taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners fairly submits that he received FIR copies registered in Crime Nos.22 of 2024, 35 and 36 of 2022 of CID Police Station, Mangalagiri and further submits that he would file appropriate petitions in accordance with law. 5. Recording the submissions made by both the counsel, Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to petitioners to work out their legal remedies in accordance with law. No costs.
