It is the prayer of the petitioner that the land which had been purchased by the father of this petitioner vide Sale Deed No.2794/2773 in Khata No.10, Plot No.1702, Thana No.128, Mouza Dindli, Thana Adityapur, District Seraikela Kharsawan, be acknowledged to be the property of this petitioner and the respondents be directed not to dispossess the petitioner and restore possession thereof. 3. Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the fact mentioned in this writ petition to the effect that the All India Radio Station, which according to the petitioner is creating hindrance in enjoyment of the property in question, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 3.1. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the alternative remedy of approaching the Sub Divisional Officer, by invoking provision of Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. 4.
