2. Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, Advocate for respondent nos. 2 to 4.
3. According to petitioners, they are serving as Multi Tasking Staff on daily wages in Income Tax Department. Petitioners have sought a direction to the authorities to regularize their services as Multi Tasking Staff and to grant them all service benefits from the date of their initial engagement in the department.
4. Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, learned counsel for Income Tax Department, however, submits that even though petitioners have made representation, which are enclosed with the writ petition, however, if petitioners make fresh representation to the competent authority, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is
disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make separate representation(s) to the competent authority. If they make representation(s) within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken as per law, within eight weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
