Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 06.04.2026 (Annexure P/1) issued by the respondent no. 4 i.e. Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Gariyaband, District Gariyaband, (C.G.) whereby instead of petitioner, the respondent no. 6 has been given additional charge of superintendent of Post Metric Tribal Boys Hostel Mainpur, District Gariyaband, (C.G.), without assigning any reason, and further be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge the duties of additional charge of superintendent of such school, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 23.02.2026 (Annexure P/2), issued by the respondent no. 4 i.e. Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Gariyaband, District Gariyaband, (C.G.), whereby instead of petitioner, the respondent no. 7 has been given additional charge of circle coordinator of Tribal Block Mainpur, District Gariyaband, C.G. without assigning any reason, and further be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge the duties of additional charge of circle coordinator of such circle, in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier directed to work as In-charge Superintendent of Post Metric Adivasi Tribunal Boys Hostel, Mainpur, District Gariyaband, Chhattisgarh, however, without assigning any reason the said charge was given/handed over to respondent no. 6 by order dated 06.04.2026 vide Annexure P/1. He submits that the petitioner may be directed to submit representation before respondent no. 2 and direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties and nature of grievances raised in this writ petition, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit a representation before the respondent no. 2 and in the event petitioner submit such representation, respondent no. 2 shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
