Recording the said submission, inasmuch as the license of the vehicle in question has been cancelled vide proceedings dated 03.10.2023 of the first respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the first respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
