The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was called for enquiry but did not respond. Even on 10.03.2026, when he was required to appear and produce supporting documents, if any, and give his statement, he failed to do so. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner shall appear before the second respondent on 23.03.2026 without fail. 4. Thereafter, the second respondent shall conduct enquiry and proceed further in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of.
