Heard Mr. U. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. M. Choudhury, learned counsel for the opposite party. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/claimant for allowing the applicant to withdraw 25% of the awarded amount, which was deposited by the appellant the Oriental Insurance Company Limited before the Registry of this Court in pursuant to the order dated 10.02.2025 passed in I.A.
(C) 3124/2024. Ms. M. Choudhury, learned counsel for the opposite party does not have any objection to this prayer. Hence the same is allowed. Registry is directed to disburse the 25% of the awarded amount to the applicant/claimant after proper verification. The interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of.
