The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 11.07.2023 requesting for provision of old age pension. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner had filed a physical representation instead of online application.
