NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed by defendant Nos. 1 and 2 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 06.01.2026, whereby an ex-parte order of status-quo has been granted. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, after service of summons, the petitioners/defendants have filed an application for vacating the status-quo order. Hence, he seeks a direction to dispose of the said application. 3. The respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit for bare injunction. Along with the plaint, he has filed applications under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioners are before this Court. 4. During the pendency of this petition, the petitioners have filed an application for vacating the ex- parte status-quo order. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the trial Court to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners/defendants for vacating the ex-parte status-quo order dated 06.01.2026 before the end of April 2026.
