The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has filed an application dated 24.07.2023 for issuance of legal heir certificate. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner had filed a physical representation instead of online application. Hence, he requests this Court to direct the petitioner to file an online application, so as to, consider the same. 4.
