The petitioner is an accused in connection with Torpa PS Case No. 69/2024. It has been alleged that on 27.11.2024, some unknown miscreants had come to the worksite of the informant and set ablaze several vehicles, which were parked there. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 10481 of 2025 and B.A. No. 7179 of 2025. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been implicated on the disclosure made by co-accused Dinesh Gope and subsequent thereto, the petitioner had also confessed and he was remanded from Khunti PS Case No. 185/2024. The learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail, as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate at Khunti in connection with GR Case No. 470/2025, arising out of Torpa PS Case No. 69/2024.
