This is an application u/s 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused petitioners, namely, (1) Jiarul Haque (2) Afzal Haque @ Afjal Haque (3) Mafida Khatun @ Mofida Begum in connection with Boko P.S. Case No. 150/2026 corresponding to GR No. 157(K)/2026 u/s 80(2)/103/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. The allegation against the petitioners that they are responsible for the victim’s death. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has raised objection against the prayer for bail. 4. I have considered the submission at the bar with circumspection. I have also scrutinized the case diary. 5. Considered the materials in the case diary and considering all aspects, the petitioner’s prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected at this stage of investigation. 6. Send back the case diary.
