The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shikaripara P.S. Case No.113 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 303 of BNS, pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of one Sabrati Ansari, who runs a scrap shop, from whose possession, stolen property was seized and he has taken the name of the petitioner and the allegations are there of stealing of the tower parts. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the stolen property has been recovered from the possession of Sabrati Ansari and he has taken the name of the petitioner, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to 2026:JHHC:450 2 surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Dumka, in connection with Shikaripara P.S. Case No.113 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
