Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate, Assam representing the respondents. 2. The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of an interim order dated 06.12.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 5862/2024, whereby the show cause notice dated 30.11.2023, drawing the departmental proceeding against the petitioner was stayed. 3. However, in the meantime, the aforesaid writ petition has been decided and accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition. 4.
