Perused the case diary. From the FIR as well as the statements of witnesses, it appears that a prima facie case is made out under the provision of Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. As such, the application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not maintainable. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
