1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. In spite of service of notice private respondents are not represented.
3. Learned advocate for the petitioner expresses grievance against the police authorities in investigating criminal prosecution being Jagaddal Police Station Case No. 113/26 dated 12th March,
2026. It is submitted that based on false allegation aforesaid criminal prosecution was initiated.
4. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has opposed this writ petition and it is submitted that prayer (a) in the writ petition is not tenable.
5. Since a criminal prosecution has been initiated being Jagaddal Police Station Case No. 113/26 dated 12th March, 2026, let investigation be
2 carried on and final report be submitted before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
6. However, petitioner shall be at leave to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, if occasion so arises in future.
7. Writ petition stands disposed of.
8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
