No. 515 of 2008, pending in the court of 2nd Additional Session Judge, Dehradun within a period of one month. 3. Having regard to the fact that the appeal was filed in 2023, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to make endeavour to decide the appeal at an early date. It is made clear that unnecessary adjournment to the parties should be avoided.
