This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for pre- arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Noonmati P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 80/2026 under Sections 316(2)/318(4) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the charge- sheet in the instant case, being Charge-sheet No. 62/2026 dated 29.05.2026, has already been submitted. 4. Mr. Gogoi, learned counsel for the accused applicant, submits that the accused applicant was granted interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 08.06.2026. He further submits that in view of the submission of the charge- sheet, the accused applicant may be permitted to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. 5. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Court and seek appropriate relief within a period of 15 days from the date of passing of this order. 6.
