This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for pre- arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Noonmati P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 80/2026 under Sections 316(2)/318(4) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the charge- sheet in the instant case, being Charge-sheet No. 62/2026 dated 29.05.2026, has already been submitted. 4. Mr. Gogoi, learned counsel for the accused applicant, submits that the accused applicant was granted interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 08.06.2026. He further submits that in view of the submission of the charge- sheet, the accused applicant may be permitted to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. 5. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Court and seek appropriate relief within a period of 15 days from the date of passing of this order. 6. It is made clear that, till such appearance, the accused applicant shall not be arrested by the arresting authority. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
